L’Antidote
Alcohol free and organic
If you are going to plant myriads of wild herbs between the rows of vines, you should use them for something. Romain des Grottes has created L’Antidote, the antidote: alcohol-free and bursting with the aroma of wild herbs.
Direct-pressed Gamay grapes provide the base (we are in Beaujolais, after all). In it macerate the herbs and some juice apples. Romain then works with fresh lemons to add some acidity and carbonates the whole thing for added freshness.
While L’Antidote has the natural sweetness of grapes, it is far from being simply juice. There are so many layers of flavor: lemon balm, mint, citrus zest, sage, thyme…. works as an aperitif as well as an exciting pairing with desserts.

Every week we collect the boxes, egg cartons and juice bottles from the previous week. The less waste, the better!
